Hybrid workplace – 2022 is the year the hybrid team comes of age. Many people you work with including team members no longer work full-time from the office. So the virtual or hybrid meeting is now a permanent fixture of our lives. That means we need new skills for building trust, new skills to develop an understanding of one another, and new skills to make a positive impact in a short time. Hybrid working has put the spotlight on communication skills like never before.
Attend this online interactive workshop with Camilla Long of Bespoke Communications to think differently about how you communicate for maximum impact in a hybrid world. In your workshop you will learn:
- How you can use the science of influence to build trust and rapport
- A system to prepare quickly for impactful meetings
- How to manage hybrid meetings, where some people are in the room, others on screen
