Practical presentation skills training that gets your people ready for the moments that matter, the client pitch, the board update, the main stage.
AI has changed how presentations get made. Your team can now produce a first draft in minutes. That’s created a new challenge, polish without critical thinking. That’s where this training focuses.
Every programme is tailored to your organisation, your people and the real presentations they need to deliver. We deliver in-house to organisations across Northern Ireland and throughout Ireland.
People trained in Presentation Skills since 2015.
Your most capable team member let nerves get the better of them and it affected the outcome. Your team can produce polished AI-generated slides, but they’re struggling to land the message.
Or perhaps you’re looking ahead. Presentation skills are appearing in development plans, a strong performer is ready for a bigger stage, or a manager needs the confidence and presence to bring their team with them.
If you recognise the moment, you already know the cost. Decisions slow down, morale suffers and good work doesn’t get the hearing it deserves. In a world of AI-generated content, the bar for effective communication has only gone up.
Your people walk into the room ready.
By the end of the programme, your people know how to:
The result is people who can combine the speed of AI with the judgement, credibility and presence that audiences still expect from a human presenter. You’ll see greater confidence in front of clients, colleagues, leadership teams and external audiences.
We build this around your real presentations with live practice and direct feedback so the change happens in the room.
AI has made it easier than ever to create presentations. People can generate slides, refine messages and build content in minutes.
The challenge is that fast doesn’t always mean effective. We see plenty of presentations that look polished but lack a clear point of view, a compelling argument or a strong answer to the question, ‘So what?’
We help people use AI well. That means treating it as a starting point rather than the finished product, building a clear message before opening PowerPoint and knowing what to keep, question or leave behind.
If you own a change that depends on decisions getting made, or need to engage the public with evidence, your team needs these skills.
Sarah Travers
Sarah Travers is a former BBC news anchor and works in front of the camera every week. That live experience is what makes her training so credible. She coaches people to stay calm, clear and convincing under pressure, whether it is a difficult interview, a high-stakes presentation or a moment where confidence is the difference that wins the room. As a sought-after event host and podcaster, she understands how to hold an audience and help your people do the same.
Camilla Long
Camilla Long helps leaders and technical experts turn complex ideas into decisions. With a computer science background and years as an equities broker in Tokyo and London, she understands how senior people weigh information and act on it. In a world where AI can generate slides, reports and content in seconds, she helps people avoid the trap of polished communication without clear thinking. Her focus is on helping clients shape stronger arguments, communicate complex ideas with clarity and create presentations that lead to action. She is an award-winning TEDx speaker and coach, practical and grounded in the real pressures of the workplace.
Sarah and Camilla lead an expert team of facilitators, each with a background in broadcast media or professional speaking. They know what it takes to win attention, build trust and land a message when the stakes are high, because they do it for a living. That means the feedback your team gets comes from people who present for a living, so it is practical, honest and grounded in what actually works when the pressure is on.
We also offer a half-day workshop, Using AI to Present with Impact. Designed for teams already using tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT or Gemini, it tackles a growing challenge: presentations are becoming easier to produce but harder to differentiate. Participants learn how to use AI to structure ideas, sharpen audience focus, test arguments and speed up preparation, while avoiding generic messaging and slide overload. The focus is on judgement, clarity and communication, helping people move beyond what AI creates and build presentations that influence decisions.
When you need something different, we scale to fit. A focused masterclass works well as part of a wider development programme. With a longer programme we add real-world application between sessions, so people embed the skill on live work.
We deliver in-company across Belfast and Northern Ireland, and throughout Ireland including Dublin.
Most people are already using AI to create first drafts. The challenge is not generating content, it is turning that content into a clear, persuasive message.
This presentation skills training focuses on structuring thinking, creating presentation-ready slides and delivering with confidence.
Teams and individuals who need to present with impact in high-stakes moments. We work with commercial and client-facing teams, technical experts moving into visible roles, consultants and professional services teams, higher education and research teams, and people teams.
We also offer presentation skills training for managers.
Both. Most of our in-company presentation skills workshops are built around a team.
For individuals, we also run open one-day workshops with partner organisations, as well as one-to-one coaching for people who want more tailored support.
Yes, and they often gain the most. Confidence comes from preparation and practice, not personality. Nervous presenters learn to steady their nerves and use that energy to support their performance.
That depends on your goals. For most programmes, we keep groups small enough for everyone to practise and receive feedback on their own presentations.
Around six to eight participants works well for a hands-on day. For larger groups, we can run several sessions or divide participants by role, particularly when different teams need to communicate with different audiences.
This practical half-day workshop helps teams use AI tools more effectively when preparing presentations, pitches and business updates. Participants learn how to use tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT and Gemini to speed up preparation without sacrificing quality.
We explore how to generate ideas, test audience needs, improve structure and refine messages, while avoiding the generic content and slide overload that AI can sometimes create.
The workshop focuses on the skills that matter most in an AI-enabled workplace: clear thinking, strong audience focus and the ability to explain why something matters.
Participants learn how to strengthen the argument behind a presentation and answer the audience's key question: “So what?”
By the end of the session, participants understand how to combine the speed of AI with human judgement. They leave with practical techniques, sample prompts and a repeatable process for creating presentations that are clear and influential.
All three. We deliver in-company presentation skills training across Belfast and Northern Ireland, as well as for clients throughout Ireland, including Dublin.
Sessions can run face-to-face, online or as a blend of both. Online sessions can also be recorded so participants can revisit the learning.
We agree what success looks like at the beginning of the programme and measure against it using a Kirkpatrick approach.
Reaction covers participant confidence and engagement. Behaviour change covers what line managers observe afterwards, such as people volunteering to present, receiving a more positive stakeholder response or handling questions with greater composure.
Business impact covers evidence that your existing systems can track. This is tailored to your organisation and may include proposal sign-off, work win rate, public engagement or career progression.
Put simply, we look for a return that outweighs the investment, and we design the measures with you so that you can see it.
Many presentation skills courses focus heavily on presentation theory. We focus on helping people perform when the stakes are high.
Our facilitators come from broadcasting and professional speaking backgrounds and understand what it takes to communicate clearly under pressure.
Training is built around real business situations, live practice and practical feedback, giving participants the opportunity to improve presentations they genuinely need to deliver.
Yes. Alongside team workshops, we provide one-to-one presentation coaching for senior leaders, subject matter experts and professionals preparing for high-stakes speaking opportunities.
We also offer an Executive Communication Coaching programme for leaders preparing for board presentations, investor updates, conference appearances, client pitches, keynote speeches and other important moments where visibility and credibility matter.
