    Six Senior Leaders

You built your career on doing the work to a high standard.

The kind of standard that meant your work did the talking and your expertise was valued and trusted.

That has changed. You’re now in board updates, shareholder briefings and client meetings where influence is decided live, in the moment. That detail that once made you credible is no longer the point.

For some leaders, your industry profile means you’re being invited to chair your professional body, sit on panels and speak at industry events.

Here is the part nobody says out loud. You can look completely in control and still feel the nerves. The exterior is calm while you second-guess yourself or hold onto a point so long that the moment passes. That feeling doesn’t mean you’re not ready. It means the stakes are real and this is the part of your role that has not had the practice the rest of your work has.

The Executive Communication Accelerator sharpens how you come across in the moment, so your point lands with authority and you build the confidence and flair to hold an external stage.

What is Executive Communication Coaching?

Executive communication coaching helps senior leaders express their judgement, authority and presence clearly in high-stakes settings like the boardroom or the conference stage. It targets the habits and delivery that shape how others experience your leadership when you speak.

On the Executive Communication Accelerator we focus on three foundations. Get these right and everything else follows.

Your presence.

The pace, tone, energy and control that carry conviction, building towards the stagecraft that external events demand.

Your communication economy.

The discipline of leading with judgement and using data storytelling to bring your point to life, so technical depth becomes the strategic call the room can act on.

Your composure under pressure.

The capacity to think on your feet when the questioning turns live, intervene with ease before the moment passes, and to hold your ground through challenge.

The programme is bespoke to you, built around your live workplace situations. You leave with observable shifts in how you communicate your authority.

Who is this programme for?

The Executive Communication Accelerator is for senior leaders in Northern Ireland who are stepping into greater visibility and know their current communication style needs to catch up. It suits two situations in particular.
The first is the leader moving up in the organisation. This is where you’re making the shift from expert operator to strategic influencer. You are now in senior rooms where you want your message to land with the kind of clarity and conviction that senior decision-makers respond to.
The second is the leader with a rising external profile. Your industry standing means you are being invited to chair your professional body and speak at industry events on behalf of your organisation. Different rooms, same shift. The stakes are public, and a keynote or media moment that does not land carries a real cost to your credibility.
Who is this not for?

This programme is not for leaders looking for a one-off presentation skills course or a quick media-training fix before a single event. It is for those who want to change how they communicate at a deeper level. You will start with your own personalised Strengthscope® profile, an objective view of your natural strengths, then build from there so your judgement and authority land when it counts.

It is built around board, shareholder, client and public-stage situations, so it suits leaders already operating at that level and those just stepping into it for the first time. Many people use this programme to prepare for a specific industry conference or event.

If those rooms are where you are heading, whether you have been in them for years or are walking in as a senior leader for the first time, the work is built for you.

What changes after this executive presence coaching?

Here’s what changes for you:
1

You sit comfortably in board meetings, owning your space as a trusted peer. You own visible opportunities within the organisation. Your name comes up when leadership succession plans are being made.

2

When you speak on behalf of the organisation, industry peers and clients reference your thinking. Your ideas get amplified.

3

You’ll walk out with a playbook, a set of tools that you can use flexibly to make your voice heard.

How does the communication coaching programme work?

This executive communication coaching in Belfast runs as a small group of six senior leaders, combining one-2-one coaching, a one-day workshop, Strengthscope® profiling and AI-supported preparation. It is built around your real situations, so the work applies directly to the rooms and stages you’re walking into.

1.
One2one deep dive communication coaching

focused on the areas that matter most to you, with space to prepare for high-stakes opportunities.

2.
A one-day small-group communication workshop at a Belfast city centre venue

capped at six leaders. The small-group format gives you exposure to different leadership styles, real-time observation and feedback, and the chance to practise in a stretching but private setting.

3.
Strengthscope® profiling

a British Psychological Society accredited tool that gives a practical foundation for executive presence rooted in your unique strengths and values.

4.
AI as a thinking partner

so you learn to pressure-test your reasoning and surface what you might be overlooking before you walk into the room.

How is this different from executive coaching or a presentation skills course?

The difference is the combination. A presentation skills course teaches technique for a set-piece talk. Executive coaching is broader than this programme, developing how you lead across the whole of your role. The Executive Communication Accelerator focuses on how you communicate your authority in high-stakes settings, from the boardroom to the stage, and grounding it in your own strengths through Strengthscope® profiling.

It is also a small-group programme rather than one2one only or a large classroom. That gives you private coaching where it matters and peer observation where it helps, capped at six, so the work stays personal. If what you need is a single rehearsal for one event, one-2-one coaching may serve you better. If you want a lasting shift in how you are perceived at senior level, this is built for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you choose the right executive communication coach?

Look for three things: a coach who works on your real situations rather than a fixed curriculum, evidence of outcomes at senior level, and a format that gives you both private attention and honest feedback. Ask what results past clients have gone on to achieve, what assessment the work is grounded in, and how personal the setting is.

The Executive Communication Accelerator is built around exactly these points. The work is bespoke to your situations, grounded in British Psychological Society accredited Strengthscope® profiling, and delivered in a group capped at six so the coaching stays personal. The track record above shows where past participants have gone.

Can I use this communication coaching to prepare for a specific board presentation, keynote or industry event?

Yes. While the Executive Communication Accelerator is designed to create lasting changes in how you communicate, many participants use their one2one coaching session to prepare for a specific board presentation, keynote, panel discussion, industry conference or high-stakes client meeting. The coaching is built around your real situations, so you'll have the opportunity to work on upcoming events that matter to you.

Will I receive one2one coaching as part of the programme?

Yes. The programme combines individual coaching with a small-group workshop experience. Your one2one sessions focus on your own goals, challenges and opportunities, giving you personalised support alongside the benefit of learning from other senior leaders in the group. You have the option to increase the number of one2one coaching sessions in accordance with your needs.

Is this communication coaching suitable for technical leaders and subject-matter experts?

Absolutely. The programme is particularly valuable for leaders whose expertise has been a major driver of their career success. Many participants come from technical, analytical, professional services and specialist backgrounds where credibility is already established, and greater influence now depends on communicating judgement, shaping discussion and helping others act on complex ideas.

Can organisations book a private programme for their leadership team?

Yes. In addition to the open programme, organisations can commission a private group for their own leaders. This is particularly useful for executive teams, high-potential leaders or specialist functions that need a shared approach to communication, influence and executive presence. Private programmes can be tailored around the group's specific leadership challenges and business priorities.
